Montlake Community Center at McGilvra ES (Seattle Parks and Recreation)

Observation

During the inspection the licensor observed in the cafeteria space clorox wipes, other antibacterial wipes and bottles of hand sanitizers stored on shelving units that do not have a door and are easily accessible to children. The spray bottles (wash, rinse and sanitize) and other cleaning, sanitizing and disinfecting products were stored under a sink and the sink cabinet had a lock but was not locked. During the continuation visit on 9/7/2021 Sta-Flo Liquid Starch, Opti-Free and Shaving Cream was oberved accessible to children.
